Terms of Use
By creating an account or using MANIFEST, you accept these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. MANIFEST is developed and published by Creo Novus.
1. Purpose of the service
MANIFEST is an app dedicated to manifestation: it lets you write, illustrate and track your manifestations, and offers journeys, exercises and daily moments of personal reflection around this practice. It is a well-being and personal development tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and offers no guarantee of results.
2. Features
MANIFEST lets you write manifestations, organise them by category and mood, illustrate them with a Vision Board, track them as In progress or Fulfilled, view your statistics, keep a Logbook with a daily gratitude entry, seal a Letter to my future self, set an anchor phrase, light a Flame to feed an ongoing manifestation with a daily action, follow the guided journey of The Path, train with Understand & Practise, prepare a new manifestation step by step, answer the Daily Ritual, tick off your daily checklist (My Daily Alignment), take on the Daily Challenge and grow your Jewel Case of Gems, read the guides in the Library, and share a testimonial with members.
3. Account and eligibility
Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.
4. Your content
The texts and images you add remain yours. You grant us only the technical permissions needed to store and display them back to you. You agree not to upload unlawful content, content belonging to someone else without permission, or content that infringes the rights of others.
5. Free plan
The free plan is a discovery version. It includes: 1 active manifestation at a time (fulfilled ones never count and stay available with no limit), 3 standard categories (Love, Abundance, Career), 1 custom category, 5 templates, 1 photo per manifestation, a 4-image Vision Board, 1 Letter to my future self, 3 new Logbook pages per month, 2 Visualisation Mode sessions per month lasting 5 minutes, 2 discovery daily rituals in total, 1 active Flame, an anchor phrase you can edit as often as you like, the Daily Inspiration, search, essential statistics (manifestations created, ongoing and fulfilled), the full chapter 1 of The Path (progress and answers kept), 1 discovery practice of 5 exercises in Understand & Practise, 1 discovery day of My Daily Alignment (only counted when you begin it), 1 full preparation in Prepare my manifestation, 3 discovery daily challenges (with your Jewel Case of Gems), 5 lifetime reveals of My Daily Card, 3 lifetime Capsules of My Evening Capsule and the four free Library guides. Detailed statistics, Premium templates and categories, chapters 2 to 10 of The Path, the Premium Library guides, and further preparations, daily practices, alignments, challenges, rituals, Cards and Capsules are reserved for Premium. Whenever your account is or becomes free again, no data is ever deleted: anything beyond the free limits is kept and remains viewable, read-only where relevant, and only the creation of new items is limited. For active manifestations, the most recent one stays usable and the others become read-only; they can still be marked as fulfilled.
6. MANIFEST Premium
Premium unlocks unlimited active manifestations, the 9 standard categories, unlimited custom categories, unlimited photos, a 16-image Vision Board, unlimited Letters to my future self, an unlimited Logbook, unlimited Visualisation Mode with 2, 5 or 10-minute sessions, My daily ritual every day, unlimited Flames with the complete action history of each flame, every template, the full statistics, all 10 chapters of The Path, every Premium Library guide (including “The Path Method”), a new practice of 5 exercises every day in Understand & Practise, My Daily Alignment every day, unlimited preparations in Prepare my manifestation a new Daily Challenge every day, with your Jewel Case of Gems, a new Daily Card every day and an Evening Capsule every evening. Every new subscription includes a 7-day free trial, available only once per account: during the trial you enjoy every everyday Premium feature, but only chapters 1 to 3 of The Path and the introduction and contents of the Premium guides are available; all of this content opens as soon as the paid subscription is active. Nothing you do during the trial counts against the free plan's discovery allowances. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change with prior notice. On the web, subscriptions are handled by our payment provider Stripe; on Android, they are handled by Google Play and managed from your Google Play account.
7. Your data is always kept
MANIFEST respects the content you create. When a free trial ends, when a subscription is cancelled, or when you go back to the free plan, nothing you wrote is deleted. Content beyond the free limits simply becomes read-only, shown with a lock, and becomes fully available again as soon as Premium is reactivated. Free plan limits only restrict access to features — never the deletion of your content. Only you can delete your manifestations, images or your account.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to bypass usage limits, disrupt the service, access other users' data, or use automated tools to extract content from the app.
9. Shared testimonials
You may share a testimonial with MANIFEST members. You remain its author and are solely responsible for it, and you confirm that it follows the Testimonial guidelines and respects other people's rights and privacy. By submitting it, you grant MANIFEST a free, non-exclusive permission to display it in the app to signed-in members for as long as it is published. Every testimonial is reviewed before publication; MANIFEST may decline, hide or remove it at any time, particularly after a report. You choose whether to show your first name or remain anonymous; you can edit or delete your testimonial at any time, and any edit is reviewed again before republication. Testimonials reflect their authors' personal experience and interpretation and are neither a guarantee of results nor medical, financial or professional advice. This feature is available to all accounts, with no subscription required.
10. Availability, changes and termination
We do our best to keep MANIFEST available, but the service is provided as is, without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Features may be added, modified or removed to improve the app. You can stop using MANIFEST and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend an account in case of a serious breach of these terms.
