By creating an account or using MANIFEST, you accept these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. Purpose of the service
MANIFEST is a personal journaling app dedicated to writing, illustrating and tracking your manifestations. It is a well-being and personal development tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and offers no guarantee of results.
2. Account and eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian, to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.
3. Your content
The texts and images you add remain yours. You grant us only the technical permissions needed to store and display them back to you. You agree not to upload unlawful content, content belonging to someone else without permission, or content that infringes the rights of others.
4. Free plan and Premium
The free plan includes a limited number of manifestations per month, limited history and a single reminder. MANIFEST Premium unlocks unlimited manifestations, unlimited history, all templates and unlimited reminders. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change with prior notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to bypass usage limits, disrupt the service, access other users' data, or use automated tools to extract content from the app.
6. Availability and changes
We do our best to keep MANIFEST available, but the service is provided as is, without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may add, modify or remove features to improve the app.
7. Termination
You can stop using MANIFEST and request the deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend an account in case of a serious breach of these terms.
