Delete your MANIFEST account
You can delete your MANIFEST account at any time, from the app or by contacting us. Deletion is permanent.
From the app
Sign in, open Settings, scroll to "Delete my account", then confirm. Your account is removed immediately.
By email
Write to creonovus.app@gmail.com from the email address of your account. We delete it within 30 days at the latest.
Delete some data without deleting your account
You do not have to delete your account to erase your content. From the app you can individually delete a manifestation, a Vision Board photo, a Logbook page, a Letter to my future self, a custom category or mood, and your anchor phrase: open the item and use the delete icon. Each deletion is immediate and permanent, and your account and remaining data stay untouched.
What is deleted
Your account and email, your profile, all of your manifestations and their images and your subscription record. Nothing is kept.
What may be kept
Accounting records related to payments are kept for the legal retention period required by law, without any manifestation content.
