Delete your MANIFEST account
You can delete your MANIFEST account at any time, from the app or by contacting us. Deletion is permanent.
From the app
Sign in, open Settings, scroll to "Delete my account", then confirm. Your account is removed immediately.
By email
Write to creonovus.app@gmail.com from the email address of your account. We delete it within 30 days at the latest.
Delete some data without deleting your account
You do not have to delete your account to erase your content. From the app you can individually delete a manifestation, a Vision Board photo, a Logbook page, a Vision Board image, a Letter to my future self, a custom category or mood, a testimonial, and your anchor phrase: open the item and use the delete icon. Dropped-off Capsules and the history of your daily activities cannot be deleted one by one: they are erased with your account. Each deletion is immediate and permanent, and your account and remaining data stay untouched.
What is deleted
All personal data linked to your account: your account, email and profile; your manifestations and their content; your personal writing (Logbook, Letters, Evening Capsules — including dropped-off Capsules, which cannot be edited while the account exists but are deleted with it); your photos, Vision Board and all private files; your progress and answers (The Path, Understand & Practise, Prepare my manifestation); your daily activities (Ritual, Alignment, Challenge and Jewel Case, Daily Card); your Flames and visualisation sessions; your testimonials, support, reports, reviews and suggestions; your custom categories and moods; and the subscription information kept by MANIFEST.
What may be kept
Accounting records related to payments are kept by Stripe or Google Play for the legal retention period required by law, without any personal MANIFEST content. Limited technical backups may remain briefly before expiring automatically.
