Privacy Policy
Your manifestations are personal. This page explains what we collect, why, and the control you keep over your data.
1. Data we collect
We only process the data MANIFEST needs to work: your account information (email address, first or display name, language, plan); your manifestations and related content (texts, categories, moods, fulfilment stories); your personal writing (Logbook, Letters to my future self, Evening Capsules); your images and Vision Board; your progress, exercises and answers in the journeys (The Path, Understand & Practise, Prepare my manifestation); your daily activities (Ritual, Alignment, Challenge and related reflections, Daily Card); your Flames and their actions; your visualisation sessions; the testimonials, reviews and suggestions you choose to send; and, where relevant, information about your subscription (status, plan, dates, trial period), without any banking details. Your content is private: it is never visible to other members, except for published testimonials.
2. Why we use it
Only to provide the service: authenticate you, display and sync your journal, and apply your plan limits. We do not sell your data and we do not use your manifestations for advertising.
3. Storage and security
Data is hosted on our cloud infrastructure with row-level access rules, so each account can only read its own records. Uploaded images are stored in a private bucket and served through temporary signed links. Passwords are never stored in clear text.
4. Sharing
Your content is private by default and is never shared with other users, except for the testimonials you yourself choose to publish to members. We only rely on the providers required to run the app, who process data on our instructions: our technical providers (hosting, database, authentication, storage); Stripe, for payments and management of subscriptions taken out on the web; Google Play, for purchases and subscriptions made in the Android app; RevenueCat, which verifies and syncs the status of Google Play subscriptions with your account. Banking details are handled directly by Stripe or Google Play and are never stored by MANIFEST. No advertising or audience measurement tool is used.
5. Retention
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, all personal data linked to it is deleted from our systems: account and profile, manifestations, personal writing (including dropped-off Capsules), images and private files, progress and answers, daily activities, Flames, sessions, testimonials, reviews and suggestions, and the subscription information kept by MANIFEST. Only limited technical backups remain for a short time before expiring automatically, along with the accounting records Stripe or Google Play must keep under their legal obligations.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, write to creonovus.app@gmail.com.
7. Testimonials
When you submit a testimonial, we store its title, its text, the app language at the time of submission, your display choice and, if you choose to show it, your first name as it was on that date. The testimonial remains linked to your account so it can be moderated and managed, but other members never see your last name, email address, account identifier or photo; an anonymous testimonial is displayed as "Anonymous". The support you give and the reports you make are recorded to prevent abuse and are never made public. Testimonials are never automatically translated or used for advertising. They are deleted when you delete them or delete your account, together with any related support and reports.
8. Cookies and local storage
We use local storage and cookies strictly necessary to keep you signed in and remember your language preference. No advertising tracker is used.
